Are the CPR courses AHA Approved? Yes

Is the CNA course approve by the CDPH? Yes

When will I receive my certificate?

For CPR courses: Certificate is issued soon after the class via Ecard.

For Continuing education: such as EKG, DSD, and IV Therapy & BW, a certificate of completion will be awarded upon completion of the class.

How long is my certificate good for?

AHA certificates are good for 2 years.

Can I bring someone with me?

Unfortunately, the answer is NO. Students registered for the class are the only one allowed to enter the facility for liability purposes.

Is there a dress code for the class?

Icare encourages students to dress for comfort and modesty. CPR courses require bending, stooping, sitting, and standing for period of times. Therefore, we encourage all students to dress comfortably.

Students registered for the Nursing Assistant Program will be provided with scrubs.

Students registered for IV Therapy and BW course: Icare highly recommend that students for this class wear their scrubs.

How do I sign up for the class?

On Programs page, click on the class you desire to take. Click on the calendar and choose the date you desire to take the class, then put in your information and pay online.

Can I re-schedule once I signed up for the class?

A one time re-scheduling is allowed, but it must be done thru email. Phone re-scheduling is not accepted.

What if I decided I no longer want to take the class? Can I get a refund?

All fees paid are final. We provide NO refund of any kind.
