Director of Staff Development (DSD) $350
This DSD course is designed for LVNs or RNs to prepare licensed nurses to become DSD in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or as a CNA instructor. 
This course will cover planning, implementing, and evaluating nurse education program. The participant will learn how to develop a course outline, maintain records, create lesson plans, develop training plans, and how to conduct classes or training. 
This course allows for 24 hour CE course as required by the CDPH (Title 22, Chapter 2.5) for nurse desiring to be a DSD in a long-term care facility or to be an instructor in a CNA program.
